SELECTION BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: 1) APPLICANT HAS A DEMONSTRATED HISTORY OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT 2) APPLICANT IS FACING UNDUE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND/OR OTHER SOCIAL-ECONOMIC BARRIERS; 3)APPLICANT IS UNDER-REPRESENTED IN THE SKILLED TRADES BASED ON GENDER CULTURAL BACKGROUND AND/OR OTHER FACTORS; 4)APPLICANT HAS BEEN DISPLACED IN THEIR CAREER DUE TO UNEXPECTED ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES
