IN ADDITION WE ALSO OPERATED A RESTAURANT CALLED THE GALLEY TO PROVIDE FOOD FOR THE SS BIGWIN AND MUSEUM CUSOMTERS AND TO AID IN COVERING SOME OF THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH OPERATING AND MAINTAINING A WOODEN BOAT THAT IS AROUND 100 YEARS OLD. THE BOARD MEMBERS ACTIVELY DONATE 100S OF HOURS OF THEIR TIME PROVIDING SUPPORT IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE BOAT DAILY OPERATIONS RECORD KEEPING AND ACCOUNTING AS WELL AS A NUMBER OF OTHER ACTIVITIES.
