Ongoing programs

The SPACE enhances knowledge participation and appreciation in the arts by providing classes workshops presentations and events to all ages and abilities through its arts schools and programs it operates. All programs under the SPACE mandate are focused on arts education to children youth adults and seniors. The SPACE enhances knowledge participation and appreciation in the arts by providing classes workshops presentations and events to all ages and abilities through its arts schools and programs it operates. All programs under the SPACE mandate are focused on arts education to children youth adults and seniors. Opportunities in dance theatre and various other performing arts and arts are open to all regardless of ability geographic region or economic background. The ACCESS program provides financial assistance alternatives creating opportunity for families of low income and children/youth with special needs to take part in arts programs. The community outreach programs provide arts opportunities to the greater community through the delivery of workshops and classes off site to various locations. Mental Health and the Arts focus on arts based programming that provide resources to learn various means to aid self expression and support to mental wellness.

New programs

Performing arts classes have been expanded to include music and voice lessons. Youth art classes and Senior Water colour classes are now offered in 10 week sessions.
