Ongoing programs
Our Kids Count is a community based program which primarily works with families whose children are six years of age and under. For the past 9 years we have provided community kitchen programs to all demographics. Ongoing programs include a Planning Team parenting program young parent programs pre-post natal programs community kitchen program drop-in play groups community gardens child development program home visiting Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Roots of Empathy Program. Our Kids Count is a community based program which primarily works with families whose children are six years of age and under. For the past 9 years we have provided community kitchen programs to all demographics. Ongoing programs include a Planning Team parenting program young parent programs pre-post natal programs community kitchen program drop-in play groups community gardens child development program home visiting Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Roots of Empathy Program. Our space continues to be utilized by other agencies without our staff support. We continue to respond to the community needs for community kitchens and offer this program accordingly. Our Kids Count continues to engage with new partners as the need arises. In addition we are now supporting other agencies with our community kitchen programs such as Triple P and Circle of Security. In addition we are presently working with the Blutcher/Picton/Windsor community Action Group neighborhood site.
