PROVIDING AVENUES TO HOPE SOCIETY

We address and prevent specific problems faced by those experiencing hardships due to such circumstances as domestic violence loss of housing natural disasters financial distress and personal and/or family crisis. This is delivered through two main programs: a) Domestic Violence Response Program - Offers affordable personal protection empowerment and safety solutions to those living in the community and identified as being at high risk of domestic/relational violence and/or stalking. This includes services such as safety planning threat assessments security/monitoring equipment and installations panic and personal safety devices self-defence training assessment and technical interventions for cyberstalking and cyber safety. This program also works collaboratively with domestic violence shelters and outreach programs policing agencies and service agencies providing our expertise for consultations and presentations as well as to provide security and cyber audits and assessment of facilities and to raise awareness in the area of domestic violence etc. b) Compassion and Care Program - Assists people identified as being in distress or marginalized and who haven't been able to access sufficient support in the community to meet their essential needs such as food clothing shelter healthcare and safety. We help clients access existing supports in the community and needed resources to stabilize their situation.
