PURPOSE TO PROVIDE NUTRITIOUS HOT MEALS (NOON) TO ADULTS 16 YEARS AND UP; MANY ARE PHYSICALLY AND/OR MENTALLY CHALLENGED MOST UNEMPLOYED. DONATIONS RECEIVED FROM THE DOWNTOWN CHURCHES MONETARY OR MEALS PROVIDED FOR A PARTICULAR DAY. SOME PROVIDE 1 OR MORE MEALS PER MONTH WHILE OTHERS SEND VOLUNTEERS. AVERAGE 125 DAILY UPWARDS TO 140. STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS PREPARE SERVE AND CLEAN UP. SUPPERS SERVED MON TUES AND WED TO SUPPLEMENT THOSE UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR LUNCH PROGRAM.
