WE INITIATED NO PROGRAMS IN 2024. WE WERE ACTIVE AT A REDUCED LEVEL DUE TO COVID CONSTRAINTS AND OTHER OTHER EXTERNAL EVENTS MONITORING A MINIMUM NUMBER OF COLONIES TO OBTAIN NECESSARY OCCUPANCY AND PRODUCTION DATA FOR ANNUAL ESTIMATES AND CONDUCTING ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE WORK WITH REDUCED VOLUNTEER EFFORT AND NO PAID STAFF OR FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES. THE ONLY EXPENDITURES WERE FIXED COSTS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN OFFICE FUNCTIONS AND SERVICES.
