The Bishop engages in Episcopal activities to various parishes such as conducting activities as ordination teaching spiritual direction. The charity maintains the operation of the Archdiocese of Canada for the Orthodox Church in America. It ensures the proclamation of the Orthodox faith in Canada and the unity of the faithful. The charity ensures that the sacramental life of the orthodox faith is maintained and and provided for those who wish to follow the Orthodox faith. The faith is maintained by promoting and encouraging mission activities maintaining the canonical order of the faith by ordaining providing spiritual direction to parishes and priests. The charity ensures that the Gospel is preached does good works such as helping the poor prison ministry visiting the lonely visiting the sick. The charity may from time to time engage in these works on a global scheme.
