THIS WORK IS TO HELP US BETTER UNDERSTAND WHERE IN THE SUSTAINABILITY ECOSYSTEM THE CBSR EDUCATION FOUNDATION CAN CONTRIBUTE THE MOST AND DRIVE THE MOST BENEVICIAL IMPACTS FOR CANADIAN COMPANIES AND COMMUNITIES. THE SCOPE OF WORK HAS BEEN QUITE BROAD AND WAS UNDERTAKEN IN TWO PHASES. THE FIRST WAS TO CONSIDER OUR MISSION AND THEORY OF CHANGE IN THE CURRENT CANADIAN CONTEXT AND WOULD BE DONOR INTEREST AND ENGAGEMENT. THIS PROJECT IS PROVIDING VALUABLE INSIGHTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FOUNDATION'S NEXT STRATEGIC PLAN AND FUTURE EVOLUTION
