Ongoing programs
Our charity responds to public calls for assistance with stray abandoned and feral cats and kittens. We arrange and pay for all veterinary care foster care process adoptions for adoptable cats/kittens and provide food/shelter/vet care for feral cat colonies and ensure that a caregiver is assigned to each colony. All cats are spayed or neutered to prevent future unwanted litters and potential abandonment. All cats are spayed or neutered to prevent future unwanted litters and potential abandonment. Where cats cannot be returned to their original trapping/colony location following spay or neuter we seek out relocation opportunities to approved barn acreage homes in collaboration with another local cat rescue who runs a barn relocation program and who ensures a caregiver at these homes provide food water shelter and medical care as may be warranted.
