La participation aux activités a également pour but de briser l'isolement des aînés-es. Rencontres mensuelles séances d'information activités hebdomadaires repas d'organismes communautaires et activités pour personnes à besoins spéciaux. Les activités pour offrir les dons annuels ont repris.

Programmes et activités offertes gratuitement aux aînés et aînées membres et non-membres: - Marche vers le futur un programme de douze semaine suivant une évaluation individuelle des participants à l'hôpital. Programme d'exercices et de séances d'information interactive en présentielle destiné à munir les aînés d'outils et de connaissances afin d'éviter les chutes et de maintenir une bonne santé. -Atelier d'écriture - Journée de mieux-être - Atelier de peinture - Séances : Comment se servir d'une tablette électronique. - Cours de tricot.
