THIS DECISION WAS MADE DUE TO THE ORGANIZATION’S INABILITY TO MAINTAIN KEY PERSONNEL NECESSARY FOR ITS VIABILITY. SUBSEQUENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED IN 2024 THE BOARD PASSED A MOTION AT THE MARCH 2025 MEETING TO PURSUE A REVITALIZATION PILOT PROJECT IN AN EFFORT TO PRESERVE THE ORGANIZATION.
