IN 2020 ONE TO ONE BEGAN AN AT-HOME VIRTUAL TUTORING PROGRAM. SIMILAR TO THE TRADITIONAL DELIVERY METHOD STUDENTS MEET WITH A TUTOR ONCE PER WEEK. THEY USE DIGITAL CONNECTION TOOLS AND ACCESS BOOKS FROM A VIRTUAL LIBRARY. PROGRAM STAFF IDENTIFY STUDENTS WHO ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THE PROGRAM. THE SOCIETY ALSO WORKS WITH PARENTS TO SUPPORT THEIR YOUNG READERS. ONE TO ONE STAFF DELIVER COME READ WITH ME: A 90-MINUTE WORKSHOP DELIVERED EITHER IN-PERSON OR ONLIN THAT EQUIPS PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS WITH STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THEIR CHILD'S CONFIDENCE INTEREST AND SKILL IN READING.
