The social support services and programs continue to be; emergency food-bank baby food cupboard information and referral services adult drop-ins cooking programs children clothing giveaways fruit and vegetable give-away school supply give-away. The social support services and programs continue to be; emergency food-bank baby food cupboard information and referral services adult drop-ins cooking programs children clothing giveaways fruit and vegetable give-away school supply give-away. The educational support programs continue to be; pre-school readiness homework clubs computer/internet access bursary fund and youth council. The recreational programs continue to be; sports night summer camps park program youth leadership programs drop ins and outings afterschool activities. In addition to our regular programs we also implement a few events throughout the year. Some of these events are Community Clean Up where families are provided with equipment and supplies to assist in a neighbourhood clean up. Open House where families are invited to the Community House to learn about the various partners and services available to them followed by a BBQ. The last event in the summer Cultural Festival where the community can engage in special activities in a nearby park. There are various cultural activities done through arts dance music and food. This is organized with tenants and the Community House.
