NSCC Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the NSCC supporting the College's vision and mission to transform Nova Scotia one learner at a time build Nova Scotia's economy and quality of life through education and innovation and promise to empower those who strive to know more do more and be more. Dedicated to helping students in financial need and improving access to education. Matching philanthropic interests of donors with priority needs of NSCC lead fundraising initiatives across 14 campuses ensure responsible management and stewardship of all donor funds and direct the administration investment and granting of funds and resources held in trust for the benefit of NSCC and students. PARTNERING ON EQUITY NSCC is an access College where we strive to remove barriers to education and create an environment that’s welcoming and equitable. We believe in a community-partnered approach working directly with equity deserving communities to provide culturally responsive and inclusive programming and supports. We’ve played an essential role in helping campus communities thrive in creating a student experience and environment that provides equitable support to all students. The support is building representation improving access to learning and nurturing a culture of community wellness. NSCC offers supports such as Elders on Campus and financial aid for Indigenous students through the Indigenous Student Support Program student awards and cost of living bursaries dedicated to Black and African Nova Scotian students student awards and programs for entrepreneurship and career readiness that are tailored or give preference to equity-deserving students including Entrepreneur-in-the-Making Student Works and Irving Pathways to Shipbuilding.

Sydney Waterfront Campaign to fund the heart and soul of NSCC's transformational Sydney Waterfront Campus. The Campus will continue NSCC’s tradition of excellence in education that transforms students into innovators and leaders while also offering the training and skills development to meet the labour needs of our communities. The Sydney Waterfront Campus is an investment in NSCC’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship and to diversity equity accessibility and inclusion. This Campus will create a safe and welcoming place in the true spirit of belonging that reflects our students and our stories. A new environment for learning and innovation. As a brand new 305 000 sq. ft. facility the Sydney Waterfront Campus will be a place that transforms Downtown Sydney and forms a lasting piece of social infrastructure. The Campus will be home to all five academic schools while bringing new spaces and programming such as: New and enhanced learning spaces Learning Commons and Hon. Mayann E. Francis Library Community Commons Presentation Theatre Applied Research Centre Early Childhood Education Centre Daycare and Playground Culinary Centre and Hybrid Food Lab
