THIS INITIATIVE IS TO PROMOTE AND FOSTER INTEREST AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR AIR CADETS NOT ONLY IN FLYING BUT OTHER ASPECTS OF THE AVIATION INDUSTRY SUCH AS AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINES TECHNICAL SUPPORT ETC. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES ARE EXPLORED AND CADETS WHO ARE CONTEMPLATING A CAREER IN THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY ARE EXPOSED TO WORK EXPERIENCE AT VARIOUS TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTIONS LOCATED THROUGHOUT BC.
