Ongoing programs
H2H Elementary School has 500+ students enrolled in Primary 1 to Grade 6. Uniforms and a hot meal are provided to every student daily. The school employees 27 staff. -H2H teacher training program - a four year program held at the H2H school. The program has been approved by the Minister of Education in Haiti. The teacher training program was created and is taught by a short term team of volunteers from Abbotsford BC consisting of teachers principals and administrators. H2H Elementary School has 500+ students enrolled in Primary 1 to Grade 6. Uniforms and a hot meal are provided to every student daily. The school employees 27 staff. -H2H teacher training program - a four year program held at the H2H school. The program has been approved by the Minister of Education in Haiti. The teacher training program was created and is taught by a short term team of volunteers from Abbotsford BC consisting of teachers principals and administrators. The team raises the necessary funds to cover the costs of the program. Due to the current political unrest in Haiti our team was not able to travel to Haiti again this year so a modified training program was done by zoom. -H2H Scholarship program - a program that is available to those students who have resided in the H2H home and have completed their high school education. -Medical clinics - a short term team of volunteer doctors nurses pharmacists and support staff travel to Haiti each year to provide mobile medical clinics. The clinics are held at the H2H church on the H2H compound and at other churches across Haiti. The team was not able to travel to Haiti this year due to ongoing political unrest. -H2H church - located on the H2H compound and pastored by a local Haitian pastor. There are 7 other churches under his leadership in Haiti. The entire community is welcome to attend services and programs. There are over 800 attendees on a regular basis. -H2H Children's home - a residence that houses 100+ Haitian children. The children are provided food shelter medial care personal care and education. The home has 15 staff and are all local Haitians from the community of Grande Goave.
