EMPLOYMENT & CAREER: Our employment and career services pillar supported over 8 000 job seekers and 4 269 employers. Achev also provided clients and partners the tools for success including skills training recruitment assistance job fairs and wage subsidy support programs. NEWCOMER SERVICES: Our specialized newcomer services pillar including Newcomer Information Centres and related programming provided customized services to over 80 000 newcomers. Our clients received the appropriate information referrals skills enhancements and support to help them make informed decisions about their settlement integration and career goals. LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT& TRAINING: Language services and support were provided to over 84 000 individuals. included 27 950 language assessments and referrals to English/French classes. Immigrants/potential immigrants globally accessed 53 197 online assessments and over 3 055 learners served via online English classes. YOUTH SERVICES: Over 32 000 youth were served and provided with programs and services including career development training connections to professional networks through tailored events/activities and mentorship. Youth were also engaged in community activities and civic engagement through volunteerism to support their careers employment goals and enhance their skill sets. WOMEN SERVICES: Over 57 800 women and girls received customized and targeted support to manage and overcome their unique challenges in securing employment settling in new communities developing plans to address gender-based violence and building the networks needed to thrive and succeed.

Achev launched several new programs aimed at empowering vulnerable individuals these include: Skilled Trades Connections: Provided a pathway to skills development and employment for equity-deserving youth to in-demand careers in the skilled trades; and a solution to employers in support of their labour market and recruitment challenges. Skills for Success in Food Services and Accommodation: Involved the development of micro credentials to help under-represented groups (newcomers women and racialized individuals) improve their skills and better prepare for obtain and succeed at work with careers in the Hospitality sector. Employment Pathways in Canada - Health Careers: a significant addition to Achēv's programming supporting immigrants who are internationally educated health professionals in Canada. Working closely with our stakeholders Achev provides workshop individualized career mapping and counselling case management job matching and relocation assistance. These services are customized based on each client's profession progress in their accreditation and licensure process and employment needs.
