Youth Employment Services (YES YES Employment & Entrepreneurship) provides job search and job preparation services to Quebecers in English through workshops one-on-one counselling networking opportunities events and mentorship. YES also provides entrepreneurship support to Quebecers in English through workshops individual and group coaching and networking events such as the 'Entrepreneurship Speaker Series'. YES also provides supports in English to artists in Quebec as they look for employment or to start their own arts based business through targeted services such as individual and group coaching and networking events such as the 'Annual Artist Conference' and 'What the Pop' expositions. YES also provides mentorship opportunities as well as outreach and workshops in the community. In addition to these services YES also provides more structured support to youth who are further from the job market through the Youth on the Rise project. Through the French for the Work Force project YES provides intensive business French classes to help build confidence and build key interview skills through role play and practice. The course includes mock interviews cv writing and comprehension exercises grammar and verb conjugations and group discussions. YES also provides a women based entrepreneurship project (ELLEvate) designed to support women through targeted activities like a pre-accelerator and various targeted supports to encourage them to participate fully in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
