Ongoing programs
Carry out Fundraising Projects with proceeds going to the operation costs and purchasing food for the Kapuskasing Food Bank to provide weekly meals to the needy families in the Kapuskasing Area. We provide food on a monthly basis to all our clients at the Food Bank. We also support Health and Well being initiatives for all our clients at the Food Bank. We have started to serve meals on a weekly basis. It's called Warm Belly Kitchen. We basically serve the same clients as the Kapuskasing Food Bank. We serve on average 130 to 150 meals weekly.
New programs
We have established a new community garden that provides fresh vegetables to our Food Bank and Warm Belly Kitchen clients. In addition we have created a partnership with the Moonbeam Food Bank.
