WE ALSO GO OUT TO SENIOR CARE FACILITIES WHO ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE MUSEUM DUE TO MOBILITY ISSUES. WE ALSO CONTINUE TO CREATE PROGRAMS TO CELEBRATE HERITAGE WEEK IN MID-FEBUARY. WE ALSO CONTINUE TO BE SOURCE FOR GENEALOGY RESEARCH AND REGIONAL HISTORICAL DATA FROM OUR ARCHIVES. WE COLLECT RESEARCH AND CATALOGUE ARTEFACTS DONATED BY THE RESIDENTS OF OUR REGION FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES. WE ARE A SOURCE OF HISTORICAL INFORMATION AND LIAISON WITH OUR LIBRARY AND CITY HALL.

WE ARE PARTNERING WITH DIFFERENT SOCIAL CLUBS TO BRING NEEDED RESOURCES TO OUR MUSEUM. THE BATHURST LIBRARY COLLABORATES WITH US BY HAVING A CABINET WITH MUSEUM DISPLAYS AND INFORMATION ON EACH DISPLAY. THE BATHURST TOURISM OFFICE ALSO DISPLAYS INFORMATION AND ENCOURAGES WALKINS. THE ART SOCIETY SUPPLIES ART FOR OUR SMALL GALLERY. WE HAVE PROGRAMS FOR ELEMENTARY MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT.
