THE FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO FOSTERING LIFE LEADERSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT IN YOUTHS WITH FOCUS ON DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE EXPERIENCING ECONOMIC SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL BARRIERS. LEADERSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT IS ACHIEVED THROUGH THE SPORT RECREATION SCIENCE AND MASTERY OF SAILING AND PROVIDING YOUTH WITH THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL.
