EVERY YEAR WE LIKE TO ADD NEW DISPLAYS THIS YEARS WAS THE ACQUISITION OF A CF-18 HORNET TO OUR OUTDOOR DISPLAYS. WE ALSO ADDED A FRESH COAT OF PAINT TO THE RADAR DOME WHICH ALONG WITH OUR OTHER PLANES REALLY ENHANCED OUR MUSEUM; MANY POSITIVE COMMENTS WERE RECEIVED. FOR THE FIST TIME IN MANY YEARS WE ENTERED A FLOAT IN THE CITY'S CANADA DAY PARADA AND HANDED OUT FREE PASSES TO THE MUSEUM WHICH WERE A GREAT HIT. WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE WERE SLATED TO GET A CT-155 HAWK WHICH SHOULD BE ARRIVING SOMETIME IN 2025. WE ALSO HAD TWO GUEST SPEAKER LECTURES THIS YEAR WHICH UNFORTUNAT… Show more

CAPITAL PROJECTS INCLUDE STARTING WORK ON OUR 'POWER PLANT' BUILDING WHICH WILL BE A NEW COLD WAR ERA THEMED MUSEUM ONGOING GROUNDS WORK AND STILL PURSUING CAPITAL FUNDING FOR THE OBSERVATION TOWER. ONGOING BUILDING UPGRADES WERE ALSO INCLUDED IN THIS YEARS CAPITAL PROGRAM.
