Ongoing programs
Proximity Institute formerly known as The Change Foundation is an independent charitable organization that was created via an endowment from the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA). Through Proximity’s charitable purpose to promote support and improve health and the delivery of health care in Ontario Proximity is dedicated to enabling effective leadership at the most senior level in Ontario hospitals. Our long-term ambition is to work collaboratively with hospitals to identify develop and ready a quality pipeline of emerging CEO talent.

Proximity strives to be a trusted partner to Ontario hospital CEOs and their leadership teams working collaboratively with hospitals to identify develop and ready a quality pipeline of emerging CEO talent.
