Ongoing programs
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is responsible for the delivery of high quality and timely health care for all the people across the province. The SHA has approximately 40 000 employees and 2 770 physicians who provide services to Saskatchewan residents. Service is delivered in the community or at one of the 270 facilities operated by the SHA. Services include: - Acute care - Rehabilitative care - Long term care - Mental health & addiction programs - Public health and community based services - Home care services - Emergency medical services (ambulance)
