CanadaHelps is a charitable foundation working to increase giving in Canada through technology. It provides a safe and trusted one-stop destination for donors to engage with charities in Canada. Donors can donate once monthly or with a gift of securities to set up a fundraising campaign for or learn about any charity in Canada. CanadaHelps also publishes the Giving Report annually a data-driven report which provides insights and analysis to help Canadians understand the charitable sector and its impact on Canada. For charities CanadaHelps develops affordable fundraising technology and provides free training and education so that regardless of size all charities have the capacity to increase their impact and succeed in the digital age. More than 30 000 charities in Canada rely on CanadaHelps’ easy-to-use suite of fundraising solutions to maximize online donations and steward their donors including Customizable Donation Forms Peer-to-Peer Social Fundraising Ticketed Events Management accepting gifts of securities and an integrated Donor Management System. CanadaHelps also offers Charity Growth Academy which is a free self-serve digital transformation program to help Canadian charities become more digitally enabled. Through the program charities will build technical skills improve their operational processes and develop digital mindsets by leveraging the tools of the program.
