Ongoing programs

The Ecole Julie-Riel Parent Advisory Council organized a Fall Dance for the school community. they organized a holiday gift shop for EJR students purchased recess equipment organized and funded a staff appreciation week provided $500 scholarship to an EJR student graduating from CJS provided funds for a Grade 5/6 student farewell hosted and funded activities for entire school community at the year-end picnic maintained and enhanced butterfly gardens around the school.

New programs

Designed and planted a 60 ft x 8ft bioswale to decrease large pools of standing water and increase drainage in the field behind the school. Purchased a 3D printer for the school. Planned and hosted a Lego Night event for the school community.
