SESSIONS HELD 3 TIMES/WEEK ARE OFFERED TO PROVIDE SMALL GROUP ESSENTIAL SKILLS TRAINING INCLUDING ANGER MANAGEMENT SELF-CARE COOKING AND FOOD LITERACY HEALTHY BOUNDARIES AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION.
