THE PURPOSE OF THE CHARITY IS TO OPERATE AND SUPPORT RAINBOW EXPRESS DAYCARE SOCIETY. THE SOCIETY IS INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE SOCIETY ACT OF BRITISH COLUMBIA AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. IT PROVIDES AFFORDABLE DAYCARE SERVICE TO CHILDREN BETWEEN TWO AND HALF YEARS OLD TO FIVE YEARS OLD. THE DAYCARE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON PROVIDING A LOVING AND NURTURING ATMOSPHERE FOR CHILDREN TO LEARN THROUGH THEIR PLAY.
