AS AN ORGANIZATION CRIME STOPPERS IS A VEHICLE THAT ALLOWS CITIZENS TO ANONYMOUSLY SUPPLY THE POLICE WITH INFORMATION ABOUT A CRIVE OR POTENTIAL CRIME OF WHICH THEY HAVE KNOWLEDGE WITHOUT FEAR OF REPRISAL.
