The Synod of the Diocese of Niagara

Church of the Epiphany is located in the Bronte Harbour area of Oakville Ontario. We are a welcoming open Anglican Church extending a warm welcome to all who would like to worship in the presence of a very friendly congregation. Our congregation is made up of many ages and backgrounds united in our love of Jesus Christ. Services include 8:30 and 10:00 A.M. on Sunday as well as Wednesday Morning Contemplative Prayer at 9:00 A.M. Wednesday morning coffee social is held at 10:00 A.M. This program is designed to allow an opportunity for Church members and others to gather for coffee open friendly discussion and most important provide time for people to re-introduce themselves to the world after COVID. Represented Groups: Men's Group - monthly meetings held the second Saturday of each month - instrumental in Church Planning and social fellowship. Craft Group - Meet on Tuesday afternoon's to create many handmade items. Classic Book Club - Although meeting in Church facilities it welcomes non-church members who wish to gather and discuss a wide range of authors and time periods. Church of the Epiphany is also home to the organization 'Adults In Motion'. This organization provides day programs for people with mental disabilities and provides them with fun activities community adventures inclusion opportunities and skill building. Their Mission 'To Build a Strong and Supportive Community for Adults with Disabilities while meeting needs creating solutions and inspiring inclusion'. There are 4 Chapters of A. A. whom meet within the Church facilities for support fellowship and learning. A new group 'Infinity' was introduced to the Church this year. This group encourages members from the Regional Community Living establish opportunities through art. The Church continues its recovery from closures brought on by the COVID pandemic and continues to welcome back members along with a number of new people who are looking for spiritual growth within a friendly setting. Our plans going forward are to expand a youth Ministry engage both Parish members along with the community in support of bereavement for those who have lost loved ones during the pandemic crisis. Our Church along with the general community of Bronte are looking to work together for a stronger presence in the Town of Oakville.
