HEALTH: PARTNERING WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES WE STRENGTHEN HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS. WE TRAIN COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE WORKERS TO DELIVER EFFECTIVE CARE TO CHILDREN ADOLESCENT GIRLS AND WOMEN. AMPLIFYING GIRLS' VOICES WE STRIVE FOR THEIR INCLUSION IN DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES AFFECTING THEIR LIVES. 4. YOUTH LEADERSHIP AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT: OUR PROGRAMS EMPOWER CANADIAN YOUTH (AGES 14-24) TO ENGAGE WITH GLOBAL ISSUES AND ENHANCE THEIR ADVOCACY SKILLS. INTERNATIONALLY WE OFFER FINANCIAL LITERACY TRAINING SAVINGS AND LOAN GROUPS AND CHALLENGE HARMFUL IDEOLOGIES HINDERING GENDER EQUALITY ALONGSIDE COMMUNITIES AND YOUTH-LED MOVEMENTS. 5. HUMANITARIAN RESPONSE AND RESILIENCE: IN EMERGENCIES WE PROVIDE LIFE SAVING FOOD AID CASH VOUCHERS WATER AND PROTECT CHILDREN BY CREATING SAFE SPACES.
