Ongoing programs

We continue to offer the following programs: -Childrens program in various forms; breakfast bags after school snacks summer and PD camps -Newcomer settlement navigation; on site programming sewing classes conversation club youth programming day trips garden programming -Supervised Access and exchange program private and court ordered -Urban Farm/Community Garden offer programming and free food addressing food security issues in the North End -Happy Holidays matching donors and donees to bring Christmas to those in need -Counselling Services direct one on one and groups available -T Show more

We continue to offer the following programs: -Childrens program in various forms; breakfast bags after school snacks summer and PD camps -Newcomer settlement navigation; on site programming sewing classes conversation club youth programming day trips garden programming -Supervised Access and exchange program private and court ordered -Urban Farm/Community Garden offer programming and free food addressing food security issues in the North End -Happy Holidays matching donors and donees to bring Christmas to those in need -Counselling Services direct one on one and groups available -Trustees services -Cap Site Community Kitchen Low cost office space and room rentals -Community Events community meals various workshops -Wrap around health program and social work services which include counselling and trustee services. Greenhouse and Hen coop is now up and running and we have been using seedling sales as a sustainable revenue source.

New programs

We continue to try and extend our reach with Supervised Parenting and Exchange by offering services in Antigonish and New Glasgow. We also have our community outdoor pantry now up and running and are now engaging more community partners to assist in filing it. We have also added and outdoor Fridge! We continue to also expand out community outreach.
