FRIENDS FOR MENTAL HEALTH OFFERS SUPPORT SERVICES TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE A LOVED ONE LIVING WITH A MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE. OUR SERVICES INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY PSYCHOSOCIAL COUNSELLING SUPPORT GROUPS PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND COURSES RESPITE ACTIVITIES AND CONFERENCES ON VARIOUS MENTAL HEALTH TOPICS. SINCE OUR MISSION IS ALSO TO RAISE COMMUNITY AWARENESS OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WE HAVE A SCHOOL-BASED YOUTH AWARENESS PROGRAM AND A PROGRAM FOR CULTURAL COMMUNITIES.
