Administer in partnership with the Department of National Defense under a MOU at the Air Cadet League of Canada (Ontario Provincial Committee) under the Air Cadet League of Canada (National HG) as a Squadron youth unit fostering development of citizenships leadership fitness survival band drill marksmanship ground school and life skills around an interest in aviation to youths 12-18 of age. They participate in local training in a program developed under the DND guidelines during the school year and can attend summer training courses.
