Administer in partnership with the Department of National Defense under a MOU at the Air Cadet League of Canada (Ontario Provincial Committee) under the Air Cadet League of Canada (National HG) as a Squadron youth unit fostering development of citizenships leadership fitness survival band drill marksmanship ground school and life skills around an interest in aviation to youths 12-18 of age. They participate in local training in a program developed under the DND guidelines during the school year and can attend summer training courses. They also participate in and support various civic activities in their community such as the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy fundraising and civic parades.
