What it does — in its own words
Ongoing programs
2024 was the first year of our charitable registration. We produced two plays. In March 2024 Marion Bridge by Daniel MacIvor cast of three and in November 2024 The Minutes by Tracy Letts cast of 11. Because we don't have a home theatre we rented the gym at First Baptist to perform The Minutes. We awarded our Bursary of $1 000.00 to Shams Al-Haddad who attended a weeklong class at Off the Wall in Stratford. She subsequently attends Sheridan College in their Technical Theatre program. She wants to be a Stage Manager.
New programs
In 2025 we started our actor training program with a 6 week class in Character Development taught by Colin Legge.
