Ongoing programs
Giving access to basic education to refugee children living in the Nakivale Refugee Settlement in the Isingiro District Uganda. During the 2024 school year Empowered supported 110 students in elementary school and 20 in high school.
New programs
The 2025 school year which started on Feb 3 2025 to finish in Dec 2025 has seen an increase in the number of students It is a continuation with the education project with more students: the numbers have almost doubled from 110 to 203 supported in elementary schools. We support 25 students in high school
