The Robb Nash Project (TRNP) is a powerful bridge connecting those struggling with mental health challenges to the help and support they need. TRNP creates impactful student experiences that address mental health through dynamic mental wellness focussed concert presentations reaching audiences across large venues schools reserves and detention centers throughout Canada. Alongside these performances TRNP also offers a comprehensive mental wellness in-school program for youth. TRNP’s immersive concert experience engages students in grades 7-12 combining music and storytelling to tackle pressing mental health issues with a balance of humor and hope. The program sparks vital conversations about mental health encouraging young people to seek support from trusted sources make positive life choices and live lives full of purpose and significance. Topics such as anxiety depression addiction self-harm and suicidal thoughts are discussed openly yet always with a focus on empowerment resilience and stories of hope. Through 'A Living Curriculum' – Stories of Life Through Darkness TRNP has developed a proven module-based mental wellness program available in both English and French. This in-school program led in-class by educators and counselors empowers youth to speak openly about their mental health and encourages them to shift from a mindset of hopelessness to one of helping others and creating positive change. It is being implemented in schools and youth organizations across Canada offering support to both students and the educators guiding them through their mental health journeys. The in-school program utilizes music storytelling and journaling as key tools to help youth understand and navigate their mental health. Students experiencing breakthrough moments during or after engaging with the in-school program or concert presentations can reach out for immediate support via school resources or through partnerships with Kids Help Phone and other integrated youth service organizations across the country. These collaborations ensure access to counseling support even in areas with limited resources. Additionally the music produced for the in-school program is being promoted through singles released in past partnership with Warner Music Canada available on streaming platforms and through our documentary 'If You’re Reading This…' and continues to expand the reach and impact of the project.

We are expanding our reach across the country by significantly increasing the number of concert locations engaging more youth through larger venues and audiences and amplifying the impact of our documentary screenings. We are proud to announce the release of our documentary 'If You’re Reading This…'on YouTube further extending our message and accessibility to the Canadian public. We are deeply committed to reaching Indigenous youth in rural and remote areas where the barriers to accessing mental health services are often significant. In these communities the availability of mental health resources is limited and young people frequently face challenges that are compounded by geographic isolation lack of local infrastructure and systemic inequities. The need for mental health support in these areas is not only pressing but the effects of historical trauma and intergenerational struggles can heighten the vulnerability of Indigenous youth. By actively collaborating with these communities we aim to close the gaps in service and ensure better access to support. Our efforts aim to provide much-needed resources create spaces for open dialogue around mental health and foster a sense of belonging and connection. Through these initiatives we strive to empower Indigenous youth helping them access the mental health support they need while ensuring their voices are heard and their unique experiences are understood. In addition to these efforts we are proactively forging strategic partnerships with mental health organizations and integrated youth services across Canada collaborating to provide much-needed support and resources to young people facing mental health challenges. This collaborative approach is designed to create lasting meaningful change and ensure that youth have access to accessible care and resources they deserve.
