LEAP Pecaut Centre for Social Impact initiates and leads multi-sector collaborations to tackle some of society’s biggest problems in education employment and health. Over five years taking their needs and stages of development into account. LEAP Pecaut Centre for Social Impact provides tailored hands-on strategic engagements with each selected organization that includes the co-development of a growth strategy and a scaling plan; the execution of highly leveraged interventions from leading professional services firm; and leadership coaching and mentorship. LEAP Pecaut Centre for Social Impact's program Healthy Futures supports innovative social purpose organizations that are focused on the prevention of the unhealthy behaviors contributing to chronic diseases affecting Canadians. Working with 10 high impact community based solutions over five years LEAP Pecaut Centre for Social Impact will scale the cohort's impact to improve the lives of more than two million Canadians. In addition LEAP Pecaut Centre for Social Impact also operates The Equity Opportunity: Advancing Women's Economic Well-Being initiative which seeks to build an equitable and resilient future for women in Canada particularly those from equity-deserving groups. LEAP Pecaut Centre for Social Impact is scaling six innovative high-impact solutions that both address the long-standing barriers preventing women from achieving full economic well-being and that expand economic opportunities.
