SETTLLEMENT PROGRAM: BASED ON THEIR IDENTIFIED NEEDS NEWCOMER CLIENTS RECIEVED INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICE EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT WORKSHOPS AND INFORMATION SESSIONS SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING SUPPORTIVE COUNSELING ASSISTANCE IN ACCESSING SOCIAL SERVICES AND MANY OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES. 2. BLIND AND PARTIALLY-SIGHTED PROGRAM: CLIENTS WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENT WERE PROVIDED WITH ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO DEVELOP THEIR SELF-CONFIDENCE ENHANCE THEIR ORIENTATION AND MOBILITY TECHNIQUES AND HELP THEM ATTAIN THEIR FUNCTIONAL INDEPENDENCE.
