WE COMPLETED THE REPLACEMENT OF THE BACK STEPS AND ADDED GRAD BARS THE CELLAR WAY HAD TO BE DONE AS WATER WAS GETTING INTO THE BASEMENT AND CREATING MOLD.....THEN THE WATER TANK SPRUNG A LEAK AND THE 1950 PISTON PUMP COULDN'T BE REPAIRED ( THAT BILL WILL COME IN THE NEW YEAR EST $2500.

WE HAVE HAD TO DO A LOT OF REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS TO FOR THE FACILITY. 1. WE ARE LOOKING AT INSTALLING A CLOSET THAT WIL BE BE MORE ACCESSIBLE FOR STORAGE OF OUR TABLE EXTENSIONS AND LOOK AT A TROLLY SO THERE IS LESS LIFTING. 3. WE ARE REVIEWING INSURANCE POLICIES SINCE A LARGE EXPENSE IS INSURANCE. 4. WE MAY HAVE TO LOOK INTO HIRING A JANITOR AS OUR GROUP GETS OLDER AND AGE IS CATCHING UP WITH US. NOT SURE WHAT THIS WILL COST AND INVOLVE. 5. A HEAT PUMP OR A WAY TO HEAT THE BASEMENT SHOULD BE LOOKED AT.
