IT ALSO ALLOWS FAMILIES TO TRADE IN A DAMAGED OR EXPIRED HELMET FOR EDUCATION AND A NEW FREE HELMET. THIS ALLOWS US TO REACH PEOPLE THE OTHERWISE AVOID SAFETY EDUCATION AND ALSO ENCOURAGES PARENTS TO USE HELMETS.IN ADDITION IT PROMOTES SAFE USE OF BICYCLES AND SCOOTERS AND ENCOURAGES ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION SUPPORTING POSITIVE HEALTH BENEFITS AND REDUCED INJURIES.
