Dress for Success Vancouver empowers women into good jobs financial independence and personal success. We opened our doors 25 years ago with a mission to empower women into the workforce by helping them make a great first impression through professional attire. Today we recognize that true economic empowerment requires so much more. To help women and gender-diverse individuals realize their highest potential we need to invest in a continuum of support that includes pre-employment and job-retention training mentorship professional networks and a community of support. Our wrap-around professional development and leadership programs combined with our signature Dressing Services address the needs of women and gender-diverse individuals who are striving to enter the workforce and advance in their careers while also addressing the systemic barriers to economic empowerment. Over the past 25 years we have served more than 44 000 clients across the Lower Mainland. Based on the median income data for women from 2023 census data this represents a potential economic impact of $2.1 billion dollars since our inception. At a time when resilience is more essential than ever women are fighting to support themselves and their families.
