THE 'GET UP AND BREATHE' PROJECT OFFERS COMPLIMENTARY CLASSES TO ALL AGES TAUGHT BY PERSONAL TRAINERS TO EDUCATE ABOUT OVERALL FITNESS INCLUDING RESPIRATORY AND CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH.
