What it does — in its own words
Ongoing programs
Hosting of the annual Bayfield Community Fair in the community of Bayfield Ontario. Over the course of the three day fair members and volunteers work together to provide the community with a place of learning livestock exhibits homecraft competition and entertainment for all age demographics. Over 100 volunteers/members contribute to this event. We also have a busy period with volunteers (close to 50) that working on a Christmas Wreath fundraiser in time for the Christmas in Bayfield weekend celebration.
New programs
No new programs were undertaken. A capital expense project was continued on upgrading perimeter fencing on the fairgrounds to keep any animals that get loose from their handlers from exiting the grounds.
