WITH KINDNESS AND COMPASSION OUR INUIT PROGRAM STAFF AND ELDERS SUPPORT PARTICIPANTS BUILD HEIR SENSE OF IDENTITY AND ARE EQUIPPED FOR THE NEXT STEPS ON THEIR JOURNEY. * ILITAQSINIQ CREATES AND DELIVERS INU-VATIVE MODELS OF NON-FORMAL CULTURE-BASED LEARNING PROGRAMS WITH EMBEDDED SKILLS IN LINTERACY LANGUAGE AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT. * OUR 6 MAIN PROGRAM CATEGORIES INCLUDE: PATHWAYS FOR INUIT EMPOWERMENT; EARLY LEARNING & ENGAGED CAREGIVING; ON-THE-LAND PROGRAMS; FOOD & HARVESTING PROGRAMS; SEWING & CULTURAL INDUSTRIES; WORK READINESS EMPLOYMENT & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

WE FAVOUR HANDS-ON EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AND INCORPORATE LITERACY ACTIVITIES ADAPTED TO EACH PARTICIPANT. MOST PROGRAMS CAN BE TAILORED TO COMMUNITY NEEDS: BY LENGTH NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC. ALL PROGRAMS ARE DELIVERED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH A RANGE OF COMMITTED FUNDERS AND COMMUNITY CHAMPIONS. * WE OFFETER TRADITIONAL SKILL BUILDING IN INUIT CULTURAL PRACTICES * WE PROVIDE COMMUNITY CAPACITY BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES TO EMPOWER INUIT. *WE PROVIDE EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT THE WELL-BEING EMPOWERMENT AND CONNECTION TO CULTURE FOR NUNAVUMMIUT.
