Aurora follows an enriched curriculum with an emphasis on building a solid foundation of knowledge skills and attitudes. Aurora continues to increase the use of technology in the delivery of its programs.
New programs
In 2024 Aurora increased its Student Learning Support (SLS) program to better assist and support student learning. This program includes speech language therapy occupational therapy psychology and educational assistants. Aurora has added a SLS Coordinator to increase responsiveness ensure continuity and needs assessments are met between the schools.
