Ongoing programs
Breakthrough T1D Canada funds research projects that focus on improving treatment and finding a cure for type 1 diabetes. In addition we have a community engagement program that provides support and resources for families. We develop youth ambassadors and advocate for greater investment into type 1 diabetes research and access to life-saving devices.
