Ongoing programs

This fiscal year the Charity was able to present a full season of 5 concerts. However in order to attract patrons to return to live performances there was no increase in the prices charged. Again considerable time and funds were spent in trying to interest patrons back to live performances and tickets were offered to local music students at discounted prices. The volunteer board met 6 times during the year for a total of approx 15 hours as well as subcommittee members who spent time in marketing and planning the season. The volunteer treasurer continued to keep the books up to date and completed returns as required. The only charitable program which was not able to be supported was the provision of series tickets to prize winners at the Lambton County Music Festival as this had been cancelled for another year.
